Michelle is amazing! Before attending Michelle’s first and second level reiki course, I had only a rudimentary knowledge of what energy healing even was, but I had always wanted to learn. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure the weekend was enlightening and inspiring as well as being educational. She is professional, very knowledgeable, and was able to teach us in a conversational, almost soothing manner. We were given the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki, and I finally learned how to actually meditate after years of trying. Michelle also shared her knowledge about crystals and other healing modalities. Her space, Saffron Alternative Healing, is beautiful, and being in that space, and around Michelle, is healing in itself! I would highly recommend treatments or courses from Michelle. I left that weekend feeling renewed, invigorated and empowered.

Michelle is truly living her calling, she is incredible and you will not regret taking this course. It is a wonderful class and I can’t recommend Michelle enough! It is amazing how much better I feel in my own body and how clear my mind is now. I feel at home in my body in a way I haven’t in a long time. I took my Level 1 and 2 with Michelle this past fall. I had recently discovered and fallen in love with reiki, and as soon as I heard she had a class coming up I signed up. I was super excited about it, but a big part of me was also nervous about taking a class with people I didn’t know and anxious about not being able to understand the material or actual be able to give reiki after. Within 15 minutes of the class starting, I realized all of my panic had been for nothing. The class itself was such a relaxed setting, and she made the material extremely easy to follow and also really fun and interesting. I was surprised just how much I enjoyed taking it and how quickly the time went!  For anyone thinking about taking a reiki course, I highly recommend Michelle!! 
I am already looking forward to taking the Master class with her next year!!

Michelle is an excellent Reiki teacher. The material was well put together and thoroughly covered with plenty of practice sessions and opportunities to ask questions.  The schedule was well organized and Michelle had lot's of experiences to share to help answer questions. The space was relaxing and inviting.  I was able to successfully practise reiki after the training with no issues and i initiially started with reservations whether i would be able to do it. Overall it was a fun and enlightening experience.
